Book an appointment in Nexuzhealth Consult

Nexuzhealth Consult is nexuzhealth's free portal for external healthcare providers. You log in with itsme or eID, look up the patient, choose the department and a time slot, and attach the referral letter. The appointment then goes straight into the Sleep Clinic's schedule.

Log in to Consult Request an account

Step by step

  1. Log in with itsme or eID.
  2. Look up the patient (by national register number).
  3. Go to Appointments → New appointment.
  4. Choose the hospital → Sleep Clinic department (polygraphy or polysomnography, site of your choice).
  5. Choose a time slot.
  6. Fill in the indication and attach the referral letter (PDF).
  7. Confirm the appointment. The patient receives the confirmation from the hospital.

No access to Consult?

Call the Sleep Clinic secretariat or send the referral letter via eHealthBox.

Never send patient data by ordinary e-mail.
